Delivery & Collection

If stated that you wish for a gift card/voucher to be submitted, please note this will be sent via your email within 24 hours but things such cars & property are excluded. Otherwise, if you choose not to receive a gift card or voucher note that delivery my concluded between 3 - 5 workings from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Depending on origin and destination, a further delay of up to 24 hours may be experienced on shipments to outlying areas.

What will the delivery cost be?

Delivery will be free only if you request the product to be delivered rather than gift card/voucher.

Replacement of Gift Card/Voucher

If the gift card /voucher collected/delivered is not working, we will replace it only after we have confirmed such to be true. Otherwise, no replacement will be done unless reported within 24 hours upon receiving the gift card or voucher.
